Developer Pulls Out of Brae Loch Rd. Deal

In a Memo sent to residents of Grayslake and unincorporated Lake County the Village of Grayslake
informed them that the developer has pulled out of their proposed deal to force a business into a residential area.
The contents of said memo are as follows...

The Village of Grayslake is sending this memo to you as a person who has expressed interest in the proposed project in the past.

The Village has been notified the petitioner has officially withdrawn the petition for annexation and Special Use Permit for the Brae Loch Road property.
